Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

We make a confirmation call/text 24hrs in advance to remind each guest about their appointment. If you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require a 24hr notice. Without a confirmation, your appointment may be reopened for availability due to our list of clients waiting to get in for an appointment.

Service Guarantee:

We offer a 100% guarantee on all services within the 7 days after they were performed. Please keep in mind corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Stylists will determine all guarantees. Because of the nature of home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

The Aveda Concept Salon

As an Aveda concept salon we offer you a prescription card of the products we use on your hair for home care. We are an education salon and we educate our guests from the beginning to the end of the service.
